We provide individual counseling, family counseling, and specialized services including trauma-informed therapy and EMDR. We also offer clinical supervision and consultation for mental health professionals. Services vary by clinician.
Our clinicians work with children 3 and up, adolescents, adults, and families. Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, behavioral concerns and emotional regulation.
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Lafayette office and secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Louisiana.
Yes. When you complete the contact form, you will be able to schedule a free phone consultation with one of our therapists. If it's a good fit, you can schedule your initial session.
You can request an appointment by using the contact form on our website. A member of our team will follow up to discuss availability and next steps.
Some clinicians accept BCBS, while others are self-pay only. If we do not accept your insurance, you can request a superbill which will allow you to file with your insurance company for possible out of network benefits. Please contact us for more information.
